This ain't your grandpa's "disclosure" X-Files style. It's more like Noah's. Which is, you know, Enki revealing the coming Great Flood by talking to a wall, whispering from the other side as it were, so that Noah/Ziusudra/Utnapishtim would "overhear" it and understand the warning.
Disclosing this information was strictly forbidden, so Enki did it indirectly. Coded, symbolism, etc. That's how it was done and how it is being done right now because it's how it's always done in a time loop we call history.
