Note how the Suez Canal reopened on the same day the George Floyd trial began (March 29). “Floyd” can mean “Flood” (as well as “gray”). The canal – water gate – opened, in effect unleashing a “Flood”. The symbolism (foreshadowing) is underscored by the death of G.
