…which is not only America’s birthday but also the peak of Neptune‘s first American Civil War return window (sidereal) and the start of Neptune turning retrograde.

To discern what Musk is really doing, you have to start with the foundational premise: Everything Musk does is a calculated move to benefit him, his companies, and his goals – especially Mars.
DOGE is not a result of Musk’s urgent desire to help the government save money; DOGE for Musk is a portal through which he can spread his tentacles into as many governmental agencies as possible so that he would be able to exert influence on policy making which is something he needs to clear the path for a Martian new world order… (and he’s not really leaving politics and DOGE).
