After the Mexico quakes and their reverberations around the Ring of Fire, the LA/California Big One is suddenly a hot topic. Back in late August when we started sounding the alarm on STR (in articles like “LA/California next?” – Aug 28) there were only crickets around this topic. It’s the nature of STR, we are regularly steps ahead. (You may have noticed this especially in August-September.)
