Lunar sequence

After the partial solar eclipse coming up hours from now, there will be three consecutive “supermoons” (i.e. full Moons around perigee) in January-March 2019: The first one on Jan 20-21 will be particularly intense as it will also be a total lunar eclipse, followed by the second one on February 19 and the third on March 21.
