Galactic Notre Dame

We may have another major “Virgin” event soon – going “galactic” this time or at least low-earth orbit – in the form of…

…Richard Branson blasting into space on his own Virgin Galactic SpaceShipTwo potentially on or around July 20 for the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11‘s lunar landing…

…echoing the dramatic fire of Notre Dame a couple of months ago on Leonardo da Vinci birthday in Paris, the city where Princess Diana was killed in a car crash 22 years ago. Remember: “Notre Dame” means “Our Lady” i.e. the Virgin Mary, and “Diana” is a Roman goddess of the Moon.

Plus, “Apollo” is a solar god and it is during solar eclipses that the Sun and the Moon come together, like the big one coming up on July 2nd only a couple of weeks before the big Apollo/Moon/Virgin day.

Hopefully the fire, the car crash, and the total solar eclipse aren’t collectively a foreshadowing of a space disaster. That would be tragic not just for the company and lives potentially lost but also for the commercial space industry as a whole which represents a major bridge to mankind’s future, the next phase of humanity’s existence, a la the “(virgin) birth of the Star Child”…

…depicted in 2001: A Space Odyssey by the sci-fi prophets Stanley Kubrick and Arthur C. Clarke. The same Arthur C. Clarke we highlighted recently for his connection to… “July 20, 2019“.

The exact day Branson/Virgin Galactic is apparently targeting for the grand opening of the era of space tourism.

We are finally arriving ” in the future” in 2019 as we cross a major threshold of time…
